This course is designed to develop competence in applying, synthesizing, and evaluating statistics from sources including dissertation, journals, technical reports, and Web sites. With an emphasis on the scholarship of teaching, candidates will move from basic to context driven statistics, applying the fundamental concepts and procedures of descriptive and inferential statistics to real-world applications.

This project provided me with an opportunity to investigate statistical inferences on
spatial thinking skills and Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) from mainstream media and a scholarly article.
The group project provided the members of our team to work collaboratively to create an online tutorials and videos on descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
